Our new AP121 is not in the device list

I'm not seeing our new AP121 show up in the device list. When I attempt to add it manually, I get the following: ====================Begin==================== Number of devices failed to add: 1 Unable to add serial number "00000000000000": There was a duplicate serial number in system. ====================End====================
Additionnal infos :
The AP has a DHCP adress,
I can access to the Web interface (ever if it seems not my registrem when I moove a value),
I can ping on internet from the CLI (via SSH)
When I execute #show config current
capwap client server name <AeroHive HMOL hostname>
(this value is not the same I access to my Hive manager)
capwap client vhm-name <Hive-name>
(this value is not my vhm-name)

I tried to put the right values and saving it, but I have the same problem.

I believe you will need your reseller or Aerohive Technical Support to intervene on your behalf. It sounds like your device serial number was mistakenly entered into the wrong HMOL account.
