NPS Radius with Aerohive - changing AD password does not show on device to be updated - locking AD account

Maybe some of you had that problem before:
1. MAC devices: I have to disable wifi on a MAC then enable and there is a message about new password so it works only when disabling / enabling password. 
2. Windows machine just keeps the old one, even the disabling/enabling does not work. Simply have to remove the whole profile then connect again to 802.X with new password. In this case is a nightmare for windows machines but likely we have only few of them.

This is after we are changing AD user password and that user is connected with old password using 802.X WiFI with Aerohive. 

Any thoughts?
