No support portal access

How do I receive permission to have a support account? I am a customer and a certified partner and have been denied access to register for the support portal.

It was unfortunate that our system was unable to recognize your Portal Request.  The process is quite literal and your company in listed in our system almost completely differently than in your request. Good news though, I was able to confirm your request and by now you should have received an email with your login credentials.
