After upgrading to 6.0r2 a few weeks ago, the new dashboard widgets don't get filled with data. Is there anything I could do? I am not talking about the applications tab where I know what I have to do.
I installed about 3 HMs at customer sites and every single HM showed data in the dashboard immediately after connectiong the first ap...

Thanks,
Uli

Uli,
Your new installs behaved as you expect because the internal data structures representing APs were created at install time. The upgrade modified the executables, but the data structures representing the APs was not done.

The workaround is to select each AP, hit modify and do a save without any changes. You should begin showing data shortly after that.

I see the same Issue with 6.1r2a, I do not see any data in the dashboard of the HMOL. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong with the settings or if the firewall is blocking something. I am new to Aerohive "new-BEE" any help will be much appreciated. I am able to see some details under system summary, but the Network summary shows as below, same with applications and troubleshooting.

Red,
I'm sorry, but there isn't enough data for me to even guess what may have gone awry in your setup. I vaguely recall it took a period of time before HM had accumulated enough info to begin populating the dashboards, but I think you've waited long enough. The best advice I can give you now is to open a case with your reseller or our support organization (depending on how you acquired the equipment you may be entitled to one and not the other).

Mike,

Thank you for getting back to me , I already have a ticket open through my distributor. If you have anything else in mind I am ready to try it out .

Cheers.

I have the same issue at a site running HMOL 6.1r3.

If I do the modify -> save the access point audit status changes to "A configuration audit mismatch occurred".  When I look at the mismatch I get:

qos marker-map diffserv [Marker Map Name] 0 8

If I do a subsequent auto or complete configuration update the access point audit status changes to "matched" but I don't get any dashboard information.

If I repeat this process on the same access point I get exactly the same result.
