No account could be created from this group.

When i wanna create an private key for a user i get the message: No account could be created from this group. I also added a screendhot about the error .

Hi,

Do you have users already created in the "Gast -1dag" user group? Could you add some more detail of your current configuration please?

Hello Gary,

Before i could create keys for users for 1 day , but suddenly not anymore. however i can create keys for 1 week en half year, but not for 1 day. What information do u want?

As u can see in the screenshot in my previous message, they are created.

Hi Bayram,

The screenshot suggests that the user group is created but it does not show the users. Can you take a look at the local users which have been created and see if there are some users created for the user group KPC-Gast-1dag?

Hi Bayram,

Can you look here;


Look for the User Group "KPC-Gast-1dag" and see if there are valid keys. If you find that the keys have expired, It might be that they have completed all rotations and will no longer be valid.

Hi Bayram,

If you got to the Local User Groups > Edit 'KPC-Gast-1dag'

You will need to change the PPSK start time under the advanced options.

"Private PSK Start Time: Enter a start date and time for the generation of the first set of private PSK users. This is also the starting point when they become valid."

Once you have done this you will need to push an update to the AP's and then the 1 day keys should start to work again.

I have now another problem :). If i want to connect to an AP, it cant connect. My smartphone says connection unsuccesfull.
