No data available for the specified time range or data filter - no data displayed in dashboard for some AP's

Hi All

I have gone through existing posts regarding the same issues and have checked the following:

- clock on AP's and Hive manager (NTP in my case)

- I have selected AP's for which data doesn't show on dashboard > modify > save (without making any changes)

- AP's are placed on the map,

- AP's have been running for months so I'm sure there's enough data to be displayed on the dashboard

My case is slightly different from those I have already seen as it's only a group of 10 out of 150 AP's (one floor)

Version on Hive manger 6.8r4 (I know you'll tell me to upgrade)

AP's HiveOS 6.8r1 Jakarta.-130440

I'm on the newest version  of code, the issue still persists. Any ideas?

On one of the APs that shows no data, can you share with us the output of a show application reporting configuration command?

Are all of these APs under the same Network Policy?

If you add the app signature file to a column in your monitor/configuration list, do you see different versions for the APs that do not work?

Here's the output of none working AP

FL01-AP03#show application reporting configuration
Application reporting:                          automated
Application reporting collection-interval:      3600
Application reporting report-interval:          3600
Application reporting url:                      -
Application reporting time window:              -
Application reporting admin:                    -
Application reporting password:                 -
Application reporting auth type:                -
Application reporting proxy:                    -
Application reporting proxy admin:              -
Application reporting proxy password:           -

Application enabled:

I've compared it to a working AP and it looks the same

All of the AP's are under the same network policy.

Also it seems that app signatures are all the same across the board, version 5.0.0

What else could be potentially checked?

Thanks in advance
