No clients visible in HiveManager

Since monday no clients are visible in my HiveManager. Not one of the monitoring pages are displaying clients. Nothing was changed with the settings and configurations.
The WiFi is working, devices can connect to the SSIDs and use the internet/network and so far no one is complaining about having issues.
I reinstalled a backup I did before christmas, though; and é voila, the clients were visible. I returned to work on tuesday and the clients were invisible again. I did an update from HiveOS version 6.6r1 to 6.6r3. but the situation is still the same. All APs are on the latest OS version available for the respective models. My first guess was a browser issue with Firefox, but it also happens on IE.
I'm out of ideas, so I hope to get a heads up here. Thanks ins advance.

Technical informations:
HiveManager Legacy 1U 32bit, 3GB RAM
Current HiveOS version: 6.6r3
AP models: 120,121,141,350 with the latest available OS versions installed

If you are using the default filter for your clients in Monitor/Active Wireless then you have stumped me as well.  Really sounds like a bug in the code.  I'm running 6.5r1 and have not seen this issue.

although, sometimes with an update the way filters work is different.  And that could have happened if you are using a client filter that you now have to change the settings.  I'd certainly start that rather than restoring to before Christmas.

I never used a filter, I was pretty happy with the defaults. I was thinking about an update too, either with the Firefox, or the Operating System (Windows 7), since I didn't do any changes in HiveManager, neither with HM itself, nor any configuration. I just can't get the idea of what could've happend.
If it had been the Firefox update, I'd think it would work with IE properly, but it doesn't.
Maybe I'm thinking in a complete wrong direction.

Couple clarifications: We do not have a 6.6r3 HiveOS version. We do have HiveManager 6.6r3, which it sounds like you are using. HiveOS would likely be 6.5r3 or 6.6r2, depending on the model.

Are your APs appearing in our monitor pages as online and connected to HiveManager?

My first thought is this sounds like a time issue. If the AP has the wrong time, HiveManager does not show various data about network usage.

Can you SSH into one AP and run: show clock and show time-zone to verify the time and time-zone are correct?

I've noticed the same thing as well, from time to time. We are using the on prem solution here, and often get alerts on my APs. I have to remove them and wait a while before the clients show up again.

Hi All,

This might be for some specific reasons:

1- NTP settings:  Verify that the clock/date on your APs are set to the right time zone and time.  Home > Hive Manager Settings > System Date/Time

2- SNMP configuration: check If you are using a  right ntp server IP, if you are sending the traps to hivemanager or to an external server, etc.. Also under the [Network Policy] > Additional Settings > Management Server Settings > SNMP Server" check if the configuration is correct.

3-Traffic Filters: Check here also if SNMP is activated or not.

4- Filter: Are you using any filter? if yes, then remove it :) "Monitor > Active Clients > Filter > etc...
