Network Health 0%

We recently deployed a HiveManager NG Virtual Appliance to manage our AP250s, but when viewing the health page we see a lot of devices with "Connection Connection Issues" but there is no list of what the problems are.  Are they located under the troubleshooting page?

If it is, we see some healthy clients and other clients with 0%.  However, we haven't received complaints from the customer not being able to connect to the WiFi.  So my question is, when phones connect to the WiFi and go to sleep, do they show up under the client monitor with a health of 0%?

A network health of 0% could be a DHCP failure or incorrect VLAN assignment.

Some wireless NICs do not come out of sleep mode correctly (hence I generally advise people to disable the sleep functionality on wireless laptops) and this could cause the network health to be reported as 0%.
