Need to add license to be able to manage more than one AP on HOM

We purchased a new AP, and your support team was awesome of adding that AP to our HMOL, but when I try and upload changes to the new AP I get an error that I am not able to manage more than one AP.

Have you checked under Home -> License Management within HMOL?

I haven't, but just did now and sure enough it only shows valid for 1 device. Do I need to get the entitlement key from support? Or should that be somewhere on my order?

The VAR you purchased it from or Support can assist you. The primary name on the customer account should have received an email with the information as well.
