Need help for Aerohive 230AP

I am the IT manager of an international school in China.We have a BIG problem with the Aerohive product. We purchase 55 AP (230) in 14-15 school year and install in one of our campus. Then last year I purchase almost 100 AP (230) again at the other campus. However, after the Aerohive engineer install the AP with us and upgrade the Aerohive Manager software, those 55 old AP has a problem, the light for the AP is dead and can not turn it on again. The new 100 AP do not have any problem even they are the same model. I report the problem to vendor and to the Aerohive sale directly. However, I never hear any update for last 6 MONTHS! I am very disappoint with the after sales service for Aerohive. Can anyone help me for this case?

Hi James, that the light of the access points is off is normal behaviour since firmware (HiveOS 6.4r1e ). See the following topic:
