I have added a wireless network using an AP230 as the RADIUS server. I use group policy to push the certificates to asll of my domain controllers. This works well-all of the computers connect without user intervention.
The problem I am having is adding some Brother printers to the wifi network. I tried signing in using AD credentials but that didn't work. I even tried copying the certificates to the printer to see if that would work but no good. I can copy the CA but not the certificate and private key. it always fails.
For the moment I have created an additional SSID with a PSK and this is working alright but I was wondering if this is a safe idea. The device is pulling its address from my domain's DHCP server.
Is there a better way to add printer's to this network?

If security is paramount, try PPSK. You can configure HM to require each printer to have its own PSK, eliminating the concern of a single PSK making it out into the wild. If you have hundreds of printers, however, this can become rather arduous.
