Monitor View not showing channel and power level information for some access points

I am using On Premise HiveManager version 6.4r2. In the monitor view some of the APs are not showing channel information or power level information. There are just - being displayed. They have a capwap connection and if I run a capwap ping from the AP it can ping the Hivemanager. All of the APs and the hivemanager are on the same subnet. Any ideas.

Do you mean some APs do not show channel and tx power but other APs do?

Yes, most of the APs do but around 20 to 30 do not show channel and tx power.

I reviewed the configuration of the Hivemanger VM and saw that it had 2 virtual NICs connected to the same network. Only one of them had an IP address. Disabled the second NIC rebooted the Hivemanger VM and as of this morning I am seeing the channel and tx power information for all radios.
