Mobile phone could not get the IP address via Aerohive AP

Hi All
I found that sometimes our mobile phones(with Android system) could not get the IP address via Aerohive AP,but our computers have no problems.Could you help me what's the problem about it?

Try to provide some more info

HMOL? or HMOP?
what version?
AP model?
HiveOS version?
phone version and Android versions
you dhcp setup
the wireless settings

etc......

I've seen this before on Apple laptops with our Sonicwall DHCP server.

There is a 'security feature' on the sonic walls that must be disabled ... something about a sonic point port - having to do with their APs when plugged in... That's the only case in which I've seen that before...
