Hi guys,
I m trying configure wireless in school. We would like to have a PPSK, that valid for only 6 months (each term), then we will change the password for the next term.
So I created a SSID using PPSK as here:

Here is the authentication:

After that, I created a local user by Manually create PPSK, then update all information to AP.

The problem is that the key does not accepted or even if its accepted, it won't get any IP address.

Is there anyone know this issue?

Thanks,
Tung

Have you tried to run a client monitor on the device that you are trying to connect? This will give you some insight into why the client might not be able to obtain an IP address....

Hi,
I saw your question has been helped.
Because Aerohive AP does not have UI for setup as standalone AP. They must be managed by either Cloud HiveManager or Virtual HiveManager.

In your case, you could login to that AP by SSH, and input the command to setup the AP.
First thing you need to find out the firmware of that AP.
Second, login that AP by SSH, and try look for the command this link (this is for firmware 6.2r1):
http://www.aerohive.com/330000/docs/help/english/documentation/cli_guide_ap230_6-2r1.htm

Try this, you will have some fun.
