Hi, we try to manage our AErohives online but we're stuck at this message : Log In Successful

You have successfully logged into the Central Authentication Service.

For security reasons, please Log Out and Exit your web browser when you are done accessing services that require authentication!

Even after follow those instructions...we're still stuck...

I've been trying to figure out where and when that message would appear in order to help you, but I'm failing. Please tell us what URL you used initially to get there, and please post a screenshot so we can have better context about your problem.

Hmmm. Your screenshot did not get successfully attached, but that's okay. 

Are you browsing directly to this location? Or do you see this after you browse to https://myhive.aerohive.com and submit your user credentials?

If you are going thru https://myhive.aerohive.com and then see this, then I think you'll need to get our support organization involved to see what's misconfigured with your account.
