Locate account that a WAP is registered under?

I have a HiveManager account with about 10 different WAPs registered.  I'm trying to get control of a WAP that was installed years ago by a former co-worker for one of our clients and can't figure out how to manage it.

When I choose the option to add it to my inventory, it tells me that I can't do that because the serial number has already been activated/registered/added to another account.

Whoever originally configured the WAP put a note in our internal documentation system that they also created an Aerohive account (presumably to manage it?) but when I login to that account my only option is to request a trial of ID manager.  I do not get the HiveManager button that I get when I sign in to our main account.  I don't know if this means they simply created an Aerohive account but never actually associated the WAP with this account?  Or if perhaps a license that allows the use of HiveManager has expired?  Or, they added it to someone else's HiveManager.  I'm fairly new to Aerohive so apologies if these are dumb questions.

What do I need to do to get this device into our main account so that I can manage via HiveManager?

Apologies.  I figured it out.  The account that the device was activated under was a HiveManager NG account.  Didn't realize that had an entirely different URL.  Actually, it has an entirely different set of credentials.  That's what threw me off.  I figured if I was able to login to old school HiveManager (which I was) then I must have been in the right place.

Now I just need to figure out how to transfer management of this device back into old school HiveManager (if that's even possible?)
