I have a Greenhouse locations with 4 AP within 25 feet of each other. I have 180 Raspberry Pi's that I need to load balance between the 4 AP. 2 are AP170's and 2 are AP1130. I set up new radio profile for load balancing and applied to 4 AP, but it does not appear to be working. Any suggestions?
Did I understand that you created a single new radio profile and applied it to both the AP170s and the AP1130s? You could not have enabled 802.11ac on the AP170, so did you limit the AP1130 to 802.11n?
There are several options associated with load balancing, which have you selected? Load balancing within one device among bands, or load balancing clients among neighboring hive members?
What types of network adapters are you using for the Raspberry Pis?
When you say "it does not appear to be working", can you please elaborate on the observed behavior so we have a better idea what went awry?
And finally, because I'm fascinated by your scenario, what the heck are you doing with that many Raspberry Pis in a greenhouse??
