Live Streaming sports event via WiFi - Open to Suggestions

Hello all...

I wanted to tap the community brain and see what your thoughts are on setting up a live streamed football game at our private school. This idea is in it's infancy and we are in the gathering options phase. We have a single AP1130 AP outside near the middle of the field. Looking at streaming options like using YouTube or UStream, LiveStream etc to host our feed. Do you think it's feasible to attempt a 720p stream via the 1130? I know there's lots of variables such as the people watching the game and connecting to the AP, RF contention\ on the field etc...and I would have to assume our encoding device (ie laptop, etc) would have to be somewhat stationary so it can retain the strongest RSSI possible. Or, is it better if we just hard wire our encoding device into the network?  Any suggestions from people that have ran a live streamed sports event before are certainly appreciated.

Whenever I setup live streaming of events I always run hardwire to the device that is uploading the stream.  It's just one less variable to worry about.  Even if it's technically possible over wifi, I would hardwire for reliability sake.   Of course you still have to make sure the ethernet network will support a consistent 10 mb upload bandwidth.
