I wanted to know how other schools were integrating JAMF and Aerohive, how many SSIDs are you using? Also is there anyway to exclude iOS devices from being enrolled? Currently I have all of our iPads enrolled in my Casper server but we also have some iPhones owned by the school which are not but we still need them to be able to join our WiFi network. How are people doing this? Thanks

Am I to understand that you do not want to enroll these school-owned iPhones in the JAMF server?

From our perspective, with the JAMF MDM enrollment feature enabled, we query the JAMF server to determine whether a device is enrolled or not. We do not currently have a way to exempt a device from the lookup mechanism when it connects to an MDM-connected SSID. Of course, those devices could be configured to attach to a different SSID that is not MDM-integrated.

I am not sure if there is a way to exempt a device on the JAMF side of things.
