Hi all,

I hope your weekend has been good so far. I was wondering if it is possible to enable user Manager operator to be able to issue radius user names and passwords (if local database is used).

Hi Johnny, not currently. UserManager is for PPSK distribution only.

Hi Abby,

Do you know when this option will be activated? It would be a great help. Now we are forced to use ppsk for guest networks. But if a guest get a guest ticket for 1 day and come back the following week and asks again a guest pass. The previous password is still linked to the guest ssid. So he needed to delete this netwerk before he will be prompted again for a password.

Also It would be very nice if it would be possible to create tickets that starts working when they use it. I know this is possible in IDmanager but it would be great if this is also possible in UserManager. We have a lot of schools as customer and they don't have budget for the IdManager.

This are the only two things I dislike on Aerohive. The rest I find it the best and most awesome wireless product :-D.

Regards

Hi Tom, you'll need to talk to a product manager for roadmap/feature requests. Your local Aerohive rep can put you in touch with the right person. :-)
