Issue List - passprase mismatch for default default profile

We continue to get in the Issue List the following alerts.  It is always the same MAC and AP.   Nothing is currently using the default user profile.

I think you'll have to tell us a little more about the situation. Have you identified this user and the client device, yet? Are they complaining? Have you tried telling that device to Forget your network and then to re-associate (and enter the correct passphrase this time)? How did that turn out?

That's just it.  No user, no device. No one complaining. This error is all we have to go on for days.  We can't figure out why this is showing up when there are no SSID tied to the default user profile.

Ryland, we will look into this. I have one more ask, could you, please, show the running configuration for the AP in question?. Thank you
