Issue Aerohive Kiosk for Hivemanager NG

Hello
We have problems with the Aerohive kiosk app. We configured Hivemanager NG following the procedure provided by Aerohive. However if we test the client side (the registration on the Ipad) we can execute the registration proces BUT at the moment that the final screen with the PPSK key should appear, the app close and we have to login again with our guestmanager account. We already disabled SMS validation to be sure this is not causing the problem but no success. Any one else having this problem?

The only thing I can think of is to ensure you have pushed the IDM client certificate to the AP's the kiosk will be using.

Hi Eugenen, thx for your reply. Nothing mentioned about a certificat in the manual. Can you tell me more about this (or a link to more information)?

The images show if the AP in HiveNG is considered the RADSEC server for a particular set of AP's.  The AP's decide which ones will be managers.

Other AP will only show proxy.

In HiveMangerNG you can reset the IDM certificate.

Aerohive online documentation search for IDM.  It is specifically listed under actions.

This below link show commands to confirm fi the AP your Kiosk is connected to is reaching the IDM.

Hope this helps.
