Is there documentation that identifies if our devices will be at the end of life? We're looking for this information to determine what will be out next move with either upgrading or adding more devices?
Our general process is to first Announce end-of-life which starts the clock ticking. If you are a customer who spends a lot of time qualifying hardware and have not yet qualified a replacement, you can continue to purchase that platform from us for up to six months before we remove it from the price lists.
We will continue to provide technical support and bug fixes for up to five more years after that.
