Is AP support syslog tcp connexion ?

I want to know if AP support syslog tcp connexions and tcp encrypt tcp connexions ?

Sorry, I don't believe so. There should not be any sensitive info contained within the syslog messages, why do you want this?

TCP at least gives reliability to the transport.

Mike, while no passwords or the like are contained within the syslog messages, things like usernames and MAC addresses are, which could be considered potentially sensitive.

Agreed, but Syslog should also only be used for temporary debugging/diagnostic purposes.

I store a ton of log data for troubleshooting purposes, it's useful to have historic trends, and the third-party tools I use are often better than the Aerohive tools for certain tasks
