Ipads losing connection and asking for psk password even though it's stored

We have a school with 75 iPads spread across 16 access points.  Every day users tell us they require to enter the PSK again even though it is stored in the ipads. In other classrooms of the school, they have no problem connecting to the network.  I did a background scan with an android app to check the signal strength of the network but it seems that’s not the problem In every classroom you can see at least 2 access points with a signal strength of 50 to 70 db.  The teachers, who connect to our teacher-wifi network with radius authentication don’t seem to have this problem.  In the screenshot you can see how a device is changing it’s connection a few times within 5 minutes, and has also a lot of “connection down”-times.  Hopefully someone can help with this problem.  Thanks in advance

Can you provide more info about your environment?  Is there an AP in each classroom?  What model iPad are they using?

We have a building with 3 floors. Every 2 or 3 classrooms we have an access point, but the floor above they are placed so they are not above each other but nested. In the future we will have practically in every classroom an AP but nowadays we never have more then 10 devices connected at the same time to one access point. The AP's we use: Mostly the AP121 but the new ones of last year are the AP130 (4 AP's)

The Ipads: the apple ipad mini, all 16gb of the last 2 years. They all have a 2.4ghz and 5ghz antenna.
