Hi,

When trying to create, edit or any kind of change on the IP Firewall Policies in our HMOL environment the page becomes unresponsive. We've  tried different browsers but seems to be backend related problem? When trying to open a case with aerohive i get stuck in a loop and don't ever get to a point of opening a case.. Any ideas on how to proceed ?

How are you trying to open a case?

via https://support.aerohive.com/login

And then i click on Case Management and end up with:
Sorry, one error occurred during the operation.
javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.servlet.jsp.JspTagException: You must specify one of the following: size

(nice detail is when logging in 'Case Management' is gone, so i select case management before logon. After logon it's gone..)

Do you know if your point of support is with Aerohive directly or a Value Added Reseller (VAR)?

I'm not sure? I've contacted both (or trying atleast, the Reseller isn't adding any value if you know what i mean)

Ah. It is quite likely that you need to open support cases via your reseller. They are your likely to be your point of support not Aerohive directly. This is certainly the case if you are based in Europe.

If necessary, they will then escalate to Aerohive.
