Instance limit and default bonjour quickstart profile

Ok, first of all, from the FAQ:

"How many Bonjour Gateway instances can I install?
In its first release the Free Bonjour Gateway program limited you to install only 2 instances. That limit has been removed and now you can install up to 20 instances. Contact Aerohive community if you need more than that."

Here's my problem, I just signed up and started using the free bonjour-gateway this month but I'm limited to 2 instances, I thought this limit of 20 would have been the default. I can connect a third but it never gets managed, I need to be able to run a third since I can't seem to figure out how to get the existing instance to see more than eth0 and eth1 even after adding a third NIC to the VM. How do I get this limit increased?

Now for the question about the profile. In it's default form the filter rules for it include rules 17 and 18, *._*._tcp. and *._*._udp. respectively. To cut down on the number of services while keeping airplay, airtunes (*._raop._tcp.) which isn't in there by default but is needed for IOS 6+, and airprint working, wouldn't you want to remove rules 17 and 18 and add the sleep proxy rule manually?

Also, why would you need bittorrent, ftp, ssh, telnet, and shell services active by default in the quick start profile?

Actually I need to be able to run 5 instances now. I have 2 more areas I want to try to use this with. They all need to be in the same realm.

Wow, 5 days, no answers and no limit increase. Nice support model. I understand this is a free service but if this is how support handles a free service, I'm not sure I would want to deal with the paid product support.

I figured out the answer to my services question on my own, now I just need the limit increased.

Search before posting and you might have found your answer out sooner. Contact support and you they can generate licenses needed to increase your limit.

Due to popular demand, the 2-instance limit of Bonjour Gateway is being eliminated. Aerohive can generate more licenses if you require it."

I tried contacting support first, they told me to post on here. I had already searched on the limit so I knew it had been increased before I posted, I even quoted that fact from the FAQ when I first posted. I can get the licenses I need, it's been doing that automatically, but the realm limit needs to be increased from 2.

Hmm, apologizes. I should have re-read your original post again. It seems odd that support would have you post a request here as it would have to be support that generates the licenses...

Have you attempted to contact the local Aerohive reps in your area? They may be able to put you in direct contact with someone overseeing the Bonjour Gateway portion to get you what you need.

Someone get this man some more licenses!!!

I haven't checked with any of the local Aerohive reps yet, I will try that next but it will probably be next week before I can do that.

As I said before, it's letting me license the extra gateways. I can even get the management website to see the gateways, but if I try to add them to the same realm as the first two it won't let me, it tells me the VHM has reached the maximum number of devices that it can manage under the current license when I try to upload a config to it from the management site. I guess the extra licenses don't apply to management?

In the mean time I just configured a third gateway manually and it's working. It's nice that you can configure it in a command line like a switch but it would be better if I could just manage them all at once. Considering the limit is not set at 2, according to the FAQ and the fact that it is giving it a license and connects to the management site anyway, I figured the management site would let me manage them together instead of limiting me to just two managed gateways.

The Hive Manager Online instance should allow for 20 Bonjour Gateway instances. I have searched our system for yours, but didn't find anything under the name Danny Dees. I would like to look into this, but will need either your Hive Manager Name or VHM id.
