Could someone please point me in the right direction? I'm using the online Hive Manager ( https://cloud.aerohive.com/login#/login).

Can you elaborate a bit more on what you are wanting to accomplish? Logical layer3 port like 80 for HTTP traffic? Physical like wifi0 or wifi1? Something different?

Yes. I'm wanting to open up Port 5938, so that Teamviewer may be used on one of our SSID's..

Hmm. We do not block that port by default, have you checked your firewall policies on the APs, and checked firewall rules on devices upstream from the APs?

Alright, I'll check into firewall policies with our Security Coordinator when he gets back. Thank you for the quick responses!

Trent, to echo what Mike has already said, check the firewall policies in place at AP level and if nothing jumps out at you there look further upstream at the firewall on the edge of your network.
