ID manager self-register SSID issue

Hello Guys,

One of our customer has issue with windows and android devices which are showing "Unable to Authenticate, Please try again" error message after you fill in all details on SSID self-register landing page and press login button. All apple devices seems to register without any issues at all.

Is anyone came across the same issue and could tell me how we can start to troubleshoot issue and where problem can be ? Sorry but I don't have any experience with ID Manager and don't have real access to working one. I raised ticket with support but didn't get any answer so far since a week now ....
