ID Manager PPSK - Connection drop/unable to authenticate

Recently I have had reports from users at my campus that the PPSK solution we have in place is very intermittent regarding connection stability and authentication. For example some users have stated that their connection is being dropped (reason unknown) and then are unable to re-authenticate. Other users simply are unable to connect at all. Bench testing shows no issues with keys and environmental testing yields no red flags either.

Has anyone ever observed this sort of behavior?

I'm currently having issues with PSK timeouts at 3/4 messages in the handshake on AP230s; what devices/software are you running?

I'm not familiar with the AP230. Currently I'm using a mixture of AP121s and AP330's in my deployment. Running HM 6.3r1 and HiveOS 6.1r3.
