ID Manager - no active sessions

Hello,

Recently I started to use ID Manager. Generally it works fine, I can create guest accounts, they can authenticate and they get Internet access. I can see Authentication Logs successfully.

But when I go to Monitor->Logs->Active Sessions there are no data. I also see nothing in "Accounting Log" and number of Connected Guests is 0.

Did I miss anything in configuration?

I reset ID Manager to default settings and configured it from scratch.

I verified these addresses and ports are open on firewall:

idmanager.aerohive.com
idmanager-api.aerohive.com
auth.aerohive.com
idmanager-ca.aerohive.com

80,443,2083,1812,1813

But it still doesn't show me active sessions of connected guests.

It turned out that "Active Sessions" feature has to be enabled by Aerohive. After it was enabled, I can see guest's active sessions.
