I have an issue with Aerohive ID Manager. This is related to Kiosk and employee
approval for guest self-registration.
When “Employee approval” is enabled, after guest self-registration in Kiosk, specific user in organization gets an email „Guest Approval Request”. He/She needs to click on “Approve” to activate guest account. If he clicks on “Approve” system opens new window in web browser and displays an error "There was an error while trying to complete your request. Please try again later or contact Aerohive technical support for assistance". If he clicks on “Approve” again, message is displayed "The guest account is already active".
Does anyone know what the problem is?
