Every time you make a change, you must then upload/push those settings to the APs. Even a simple config change such as changing DNS IP addresses.

Yes that is what I was trying to do! Updates failed. A reboot of each AP fixed the problem

Go to Configuration Tab.
Expand 'Show Nav' on the left side of the screen
Click Device Update Results
Hover over the error message on the far right next to failed update
Copy/paste the text or post a screenshot of the error message please.

The problem was fixed when I rebooted each AP
