How to I change my Hive manager time zone to my time zone? Currently it's set to GMT, and I need PST.

You change the HiveManager timezone under the HiveManager Settings. Click the word Settings in the upper right corner, then select your timezone from the drop down.

In a situation where devices are across multiple time zones, how would you suggest handling that? This could be especially important when it comes to device firmware updates, etc

Bradley, can you elaborate a bit more on your question?

Are you concerned about the devices providing correct time to their locally-attached clients; about the devices using correct timestamps in messages they send to HiveManager, syslog servers, etc; or did you mean something else?

Let's say I have a device in central time zone, but my HMOL is set to eastern. I push out a firmware update and set the devices to reboot at midnight. Does the device in central time follow an eastern time schedule?

Bradley, If you are using HMOL to push the update and then immediately reboot, then it will be the HMOL clock that dictates when things occur. So, yes, in your scenario it would the eastern time schedule that applies.

Makes sense. I've not no issues with this currently, but I could see a restaurant chain (across multiple time zones) wanting more granular options here.
