Hi there,

Under Mac Filters menu, If you click New button, you can see a list of mac addresses including predefined mac addresses in a box. Where Should I go? if I want to delete the newly created mac address.

If I click the one that I want to delete  in the box and click the remove button, it shows me "No items were found." Is there another page where I have to go and delete or am I missing something? Cheers.

Navigate to the Configuration tab and open Advanced Configuration in the let side column, clicking the Show Nav button if it's not displayed. Then select Advanced Configuration, Security Policies, and MAC Filters.
I agree a removal tool from the SSID window in Guided Configuration would be most helpful, since that's where most would implement the filter to begin with. Perhaps we need to offer that as a suggestion.

Best,
BJ

Thank you for the reply. I am about to explore the Hive Manger for a while, doing some test as well. I think I will find many to suggest. Cheers.
