Predictive planner tools are all being updated, and should have 802.11ac models incorporated soon. Even before those are available, though, there is not a huge difference in planning between 802.11n and 802.11ac. The first generation of 802.11ac devices is really a high-density version of 802.11n, so one common approach is to use an 802.11n planning tool to provide coverage, and then replace or add 802.11ac APs for high-density hot spots like auditoriums or major conference rooms.
