How do we contact AeroHive Support?

What is the best way to contact AeroHive support?
We are in Australia and not aware of a local support centre, so we need to call international, which is not a problem however you hold forever which gets expensive.

We have a BR200 stuck on another hive and from the community support we learnt only AeroHive support can resolve this issue.

Is there another way?

Where did you purchase the BR200 in question from? If you purchased from a reseller, it is usually there that should be your first point of contact.

Is it a HMOL account?

I believe at one time you could just console into the device and manually change the hivemanager settings and the VHM ID settings and get it to where you'd need it. If you're trying to do it from the redirector and its tied to another HMOL account, it will fail, but the manual worked for me in the past on several occasions.

Aerohive has an Australian office and you can contact them on 1800-306-286. They should be able to advise what support options are available to you.
