How can I configure "VLAN to Subnet Assignments" with only one subnet on a BR-200 to use it as a replacement for an Airport Extreme?

I want to replace Airport Extremes that I use in training classes with a BR-200. The Airport Extremes all serve as NAT router for Wi-Fi clients and direct attached systems. The local network has 10.0.0.0/24 as the network address, which is a single network.

If I try to configure a similar scenario with a BR-200 I always need to configure multiple (2 or more) subnets. Configuring 10.0.0.0/23 with two subnets doesn't do the trick, the BR-200 is then assigned a subnet 10.0.1.0/24...

Is there a way to use the BR-200 as a replacement for the Airport Extremes?
