How to rollback to Aerohive Connect?

Is anyone know how to rollback my AP122 to Aerohive Connect?
About 2 months ago, I add my AP122 to NG and join the 30day trial for Aerohive Select.
But after trail period end, I can only see the input license in NG.
I would like to use my AP122 with Aerohive Connect only. Anyone can help ?

Hi David,

There is currently no path to do this other than creating a new Connect account.

You then need to open a ticket to have the AP serial numbers freed via:

https://www3.aerohive.com/support/connect-support/

Hi Nick, 

I do leave email account, but due to I am using both Areohive Select and Connect.
For management reason, I separate with different account. Please help to check again. I fill in all the column in case.

Hi David,

I see that one of the support agents has reached out to you. You need to reply to that email.

You have not supplied the serial number of the AP and we need this in the case to for this to be actioned.

Piling on to Nick's comments, in case any lurkers are wondering why...

Connect makes many assumptions on behalf of the customer in order to provide a cleaner simpler user interface.

When you upgrade to Select you get the ability to change many of these, and Aerohive doesn't have any easy way to determine which configuration objects to retain and which to discard during a rollback, so therefore we require you to create a new Connect account and then our support organization can assist you in moving your serial numbers from one VHM to the other.
