How to configure a brand new Aerohive BR200-WP ?- unable to add it to the cloud manager

Can you please help me to configure this router.

It's a brand new device purchased recently. never unboxed or attached to any other cloud.

i need the easiest way to configure it with Wifi .

I connected to the web interface with RJ45 Cable , but there is nothing to setup wifi for example

I was able to set ip parametrers so the AP connects to internet and that's all

Router through RJ45 is now ok . but can't change ip range nor enable wifi SSID

It seems to be not supported by the new cloud version

Sorry if this topic was raised before. but we are stuck here

Hello Seif,

If you are using HiveManager NG (as it seems you are from your mention of the Cloud based manager), then you are correct in that it does not currently support BRs. NG does not currently support any of the Aerohive Routers, but this feature is going to be added in future updates. In the mean time, you would need a HiveManager Classic to manage the BRs.

Now i do have license key for the BR200 but i don't know how to proceed to activate it and create a new account on the HiveManager Classic.

Any tips?

+1-408-510-6100 (International)) and tell them you are looking to speak with me (Sam Lynn), I can get you set up with a new HiveManager Classic instance.

Thank you Sam, I called the support and get this sorted.
they created a new account .
now everything is ok
