How do I remove an old PPSK credential from Hivemanager NG?

I created a PPSK guest account using the Kiosk app on an iPad. The user account has expired and no longer shows in the "Configure>Users>Users" section of Hivemanager NG. However if I do a search for the user (using the magnifying glass on the toolbar) it shows up as disconnected.
The Kiosk created user group are set to expire 8 hours from first login and delete on expiration.
Problem is that if the user tries to create another account the next day with the same details (phone number in this case) it says the credentials already exist and won't let the account be created.

Subsequent test accounts I have created don't seem to have this problem so I am wondering how I remove any trace of the faulty user details, presumably using the CLI as there doesn't seem to be any way of doing it through the GUI?
