How can i resolve the proces for updating

I hangs on 10% how can i solve this. A restart doesn't work

Hello Patrick,
If you are using HIvemanager NG On-prem be sure you are running the latest firmware on the appliance. 11.14.0.2 is the latest at this time for NG On-prem, for most APs the latest is 6.5r5. The APs also need to be able to resolve the hostname of the NG appliance in order to receive a config push. An easy way to test this is to SSH into an AP and ping the hostname of the NG appliance. Things are a bit different if you are using NG online. Since NG online is a cloud infrastructure the running version is always latest. The best thing to do is validate no firewall or content filter is causing problems. If all that is squared away and you are still having issues. I would contact the support team as they will probably need to collect some debug data from the CAPWAP process its self.

Hi Kyle,

It is not a on-prem but cloud. I have fixed the issue do a complete reset off ap.
But tanks for you time and help

factory reset should do the trick
