HMOL Email Association

Hi, I recently signed up for a HMOL online trial using my corporate email account so that I could complete some testing. This trial has now expired and is not needed. My company has its own HMOL and attempted to add my corporate email to their HMOL but it fails as my email already exists.

How do I get an email De-registered from the trial HMOL to be available to be added to an existing HMOL.

Contact your rep or create a support ticket. They will be able to help you out. Any issues I have had with Hive Manager always get taken care of. Good luck.
