Huge problems ,
A couple of days ago i bought an old Aerohive Ap-130 trying to get it working everytime i get the following message
Error 10Device already onboarded1Failed Device Serial Numbers:
  • 01301505070823
Try to contact the seller but he won't respond or give me the ssid and the password.
how can i solve this , i have a putte connection with the Ap-130 but don't no what to do next.
Can someone help me to get this AP in my HMOL next to my AP-120

Contact Aerohive support directly, they need to reset the system at their end for that device, I had same issue, they reset the system their end for my device so that it was like it was brand new and I was then able to onboard it to my console.

Try to contact your reseller if you can't contact Aerohive support directly, they should transfer them your message and solve your issue.

Try emailing this guy cerickson@aerohive.com he was the guy that did my one

I have spoken with Meijndert and this was fixed :-)
