Hiveschool problem with repeated login. I have a test class using HiveSchool and the teacher likes it a lot, however every time the students sign out of the Chromebook(or box), and sign back in, they are forced to put in the 4 digit code. What setting do I have set wrong in my google admin domain?

Hi Phil,
I am the Product Manager for HiveSchool - This behavior wasn't something we have seen in QA or our test lab. The only thing I can guess at the moment is that some setting may be erasing the user profile or browser cache when your students log out. HiveSchool data is stored in the Chrome Application Data for the user that is logged in. If you are using a Guest account - or have configured the accounts to be wiped clean at logout, the classroom data associated with the student will be erased as well.

If this doesn't sound like a solution to your problem, please email me and we can do a quick screen sharing session so I can have a look and relay the steps on to engineering for further investigation.

Kind Regards,
