Hiveos local admin credentials not updating

I am trying to update Hiveos admin user passwords for local ap access. The majority have updated and work, some just update and do not appear to " take" the new user  config. Any advice ? I was tempted to factory default one and do a full config push to see if that resolves.

The update appears successful, but the new credentials don't work?

Have you tried issuing the command from the cli, admin root-admin <name> password <password> and seeing if that takes? - I suppose this would only work if the current root-admin account is functioning properly.

Ben,

Another option to go along with Mr. Goodnough's suggestion, would be to check to make sure the device level settings are not overriding your "Device Management Settings" configuration of device username and password. These are the two places where you can declare Device Username & Password

Here is where you can define it on a per device basis.

Here is where you would make the change on a per HiveManager Basis.
