HiveManager Licensing Change Request

My virtual HiveManager appliance was without an Internet connection for several days and as a result became "unlicensed". When I tried to enter the Entitlement Key again, after Internet connectivity was restored, it was refused with the message that the key is in use by another system ... but it isn't!!

I have now been without the ability to use my HiveManager for about 1 week (over Easter) and the problem is still not fixed; this is not acceptable for a management tool.

I would like to request that the necessity for a virtual HiveManager appliance to contact a license server approximately every 2 days is abolished. I'd like some licensing scheme where this is at most a one-off transaction.

Similarly, should I wish to change the physical HiveManager host, I'd like a way of "freeing" the Entitlement Key(s) and then reusing it on the new host.

The requirement to regularly contact a license server is in some environments a problem, particularly in Germany and Switzerland, where anything regularly contacting potentially US hosted servers is considered a security risk.

I must also add that I very much like your products, the approach you have taken and the depth of thought / features / functionality behind your products. HiveManager is a great tool but its also very powerful to nevertheless have a CLI available.
