Hi

We have problems access our VHM after upgrade to 6.1R3 .

We got this on some of our VHM.
The VHM that you attempted to log in to has not yet been initialized. Please log in with the default account of the VHM and initialize it first.

The problems is that we don't have the password for the VHM :(. Many of them was created by and old admins :(.

We can't change the user password from the "master" vhm, its grey out.

How can we change password for users, in other VHM from the master VHM?

Kenneth, I am having the exact same issue. Did you get your issue resolved? Support has been slow to respond to my inquiries.

Hi Christopher

Yes, if you reboot the vm in vmware, then you have the option to choice witch firmware you want to start.
Choice the one where is working.

Reset all vhm's password, and update again, log into all vhm, with the changed password, and you are all set to go.
