HiveManager Timezone Incorrect

The dashboard on my HiveManager thinks it's in GMT-5, while it's set to GMT (London). This is causing all the graphs on the dashboard to show the data 5 hours out (ie. 500MB at 6pm, when it should be 500MB at 11pm).

Is there a way of changing this?

Thanks for any help.

Gregor,

You can change the timezone for the HiveManager by doing the following

for a HM Virtual Appliance or Physical Appliance

Change it under Home->Administration->HiveManager Settings

You will see System Date/Time

If you have HMOL...

You will have to change it under your MyHive Portal under "My Settings"

or

Under the same settings at HiveManager Appliance (Home->Administration->HiveManager Settings)

Also make sure that your Access Points have the proper NTP settings as well, this will be done under your Network Policy under Additional Settings.

Good luck.

And in addition to Jonathan's post:

- Check that the timezone of your admin account is correct, too!

- Make sure the DNS settings next to Additional settings / NTP are correct, too. Otherwise, if you are using domain names for NTP server entries, they cannot be resolved...

Thanks for your replies.

I already updated all those sections, see attached. Although I cannot see 'My Settings' when I click on 'My Hive'.

Carsten, where do I change the timezone for my admin account?

Inside the VHM, under Home / Administration / Administrators / Administrators. Click on the admin name in question and check the time zone:
