HiveManager Online is temporarily unavailable

When I try to log into my HiveManager Online it continually says "Due to periodic maintenance, HiveManager Online is temporarily unavailable. Please try accessing it again in a few minutes. We apologize for the inconvenience."

It's said this for a few days now, anybody got any ideas?

Hi James,

Can you let us know the Server URL that you are trying to connect to please? Should be https://hm-xxxx etc.

Hi Gary

The URL I am using is https://myhive-auth.aerohive.com rather than in the format you've put there.

When I enter my credentials I get the error above.

Can you try another browser or clear cache. There is no issue from my side.

I've tried both from work and from home over the last couple of days. I've also tried on my phone. Same error each time.

Hi James,

We took this conversation offline as I wanted details of your account. We did discover that the account was a free-bonjour gateway account which is no longer running.

Given our findings, we at least know why you could not log in.
